Next Known Stop
Not only in production, but in molds, we are developing AI tools to be able to determine the time until the next known stop.
Our Maintenance Application
We are currently working on a new application using predictive maintenance for tracking running hours on the machines and creating maintenance work orders automatically at recommended intervals.

Scrap
We are currently planning to be able to add scrap into our interface just like entering reasons, so accurate OEE information is calculated. Run time, idle time, and even the number of scrap pieces can all be shared with an ERP system to calculate OEE.
